Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Certain items such as personal care products, consumables, or clearance items may not be eligible for return.

The product must be handed back to the courier at the time of pickup.
3. Refunds

Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued as:

Store Credit / Voucher (preferred option for faster resolution), OR

Bank Transfer / UPI refund once the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds may take 7–10 business days to process after approval.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or not in their original condition will not be accepted.

Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.
